The son of a precious metals dealer for over 25 years, I got an early start in the precious metals business. I receive my first gold coin, a British gold sovereign at the age of 9 and immediately got infatuated with coins in general. I started passionately collecting coins from all around the world with an emphasis on silver & gold ones in particular.
This later progressed with an interest in everything gold & silver,so at the age of 21, I got my first job in a coin store, trained by one of Montreal's premier coin dealers. For over 12 years I trained under his wing and refined my knack for spotting great coin & jewelery pieces. In 2013 I had the opportunity to branch out on my own and I opened my store on Mont-Royal street, in the heart of the plateau. I soon realized that many of the residents were asking me if I also purchased foreign currency, so it was a natural progression, we soon started offering a currency exchange service.
